Types of Endless Slings

Note: Capacity on Vertical Leg of Sling is the actual Safe Working Load of Sling, Chocker &. Basket Hitch Slings are commended for different applications and are theoretically acceptable, but the proof load values will be determined by the calculations of Slings on Vertical capacity of Single & Double part.

Testing Calculations
1) S.W.L. at 90o angle for two leg slings is obtained by multiplying the value of single leg by 1.4 times.
2) S.W.L. at 90o for three or four leg slings is obtained by multiplying the value of single leg by 2.1 times.
3) Enhance the S.W.L. by using I.W.R.C. (Steei Core) ropes with 6x36 construction S.W.L. obtained by dividing the breaking strength by 6 times.
